Three new red wines and one very delicious Sauvignon Blanc this weekend!
The Sauvignon Blanc, from one of Chile’s oldest vineyards, islight yellow with beautiful green sparks. The nose shows the traditional ‘wild’ and expressive aromas of Sauvignon Blanc: boxwood and shrub followed by notes of chives and fruit such as pineapple, lime, green apple and white peach. The mouth is fresh, juicy and balanced.

Our first red is a new Tempranillo from Spain. According to the “Wine Advocate” this wine delivers a captivating bouquet, the product of a good vintage and extended aging in barrel and bottle. Notes of Asian spices, incense, cigar box, lavender, red licorice, and configure of blackcherry lead to a silky textured wine with savory flavors, excellent balance, and no hard edges. “
Third on the menu is a new Italian “Super Tuscan.” The Merlot is intensely floral and elegant, while the Sangiovese is fresh and bright. The Syrah adds depth and body, offering a bold expression of forest-floor truffle, ripe cherry and blackberry preserves.
We will finish with a new Argentinean Malbec. With deep ruby red color, this wine displays ripe red berries, spice and black pepper aromas. Its intense initial taste is complemented by the softness and sweetness of its tannins. It is a wine with a great body and structure.
Join us this weekend!
Cheers!
