BEER!  Yes, we are finally doing a beer tasting again!  This weekend, in conjunction with the 7th Annual Goldstar Chili Cookoff at Findlay Market , we will be tasting five different beers.

 Beertasting

We are starting with a mild yet flavorful copper hued ale with toasty malt and subtle citrus hop flavor and aroma. Great with BBQ and spicy dishes

The second beer is a winter seasonal – a rich and complex amalgam of hops and barley that will put the feeling back in your toes.  Drink it now or put it away for a few years – it becomes wiser with age.

Number three is a copper colored pale ale that pairs nicely with Mediterranean foods, starches and anything with fresh herbs. The floral hop character also blends with cheesy dishes like pizza, pasta and dips.

Next is a limited release blended ale that combines hop-heavy and oak aged pale ales into one impressive new brew.

We will finish with a beer made with milk sugar (lactose) giving it a nice creamy mouth feel mingled with hints of chocolate and roasty flavors.

Come join us!

Cheers!
